Moments ago I posted about strokes that could worsen or become deadly due to the cooler weather on the horizon... Many of you do not know that I am now a distributor of CBD oil. The information below is taken from a site on the internet. I am not posting these things because I am trying to make a sale, tho that is always a plus...CBD oil is the wave of the future and the future starts now. Literally everyone in my family uses this product because it helps with so many different health issues. It is being used to treat cancer, diabetes, parkinsons disease, pain (chronic and otherwise), the list is literally endless...The main thing that has hit the news is that there is a huge awareness of opiate drug abuse in this country. This is my first attempt at a serious blog. I am very much into trying new things in life and telling others of my experiences. I am not just about food, tho that is one of my major passions, I am about everything in life...crafting, gadgets, etc. I will try things and post the outcome here, to help others make educated purchasing choices so that no one has to waste money on a product, not knowing if it is good, or just another piece of junk. Come with me on my journey!

This is a pretty good bbq sauce recipe in a pinch. Jr. wanted some bbq sauce, but I had used it all up making sloppy joe mix (recipe to follow later). It isnt my best, but it was pretty good. This will work if you need bbq sauce for a recipe and you go to the fridge and find out someone has used it all and didnt tell you!
2cups ketchup
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1/4 tbsp black pepper
Mix it all up, and there you have it...thats called thinking on your feet. You can probably add some apple cider vinegar and minced garlic to give it extra flavour as well.
