Homemade Hoisin Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp hot sauce (preferably sriracha)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients together and keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator. This is good for asian dishes, or as a glaze for meat.
