recipe: cinnamon crisps

Cinnamon Crisps

ingredients
1/2 C sugar
1tbsp ground cinnamon
6 flour tortillas
1/4 C melted butter/margarine

Preheat your oven to 350degrees f.  Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.  Cut your tortillas into small wedges.  Brush both sides of the tortilla wedges with melted butter and then dip both sides into the cinnamon sugar mixture.  Put the dipped wedges onto a cookie sheet or baking pan and put into a preheated oven. Bake until golden brown, between 12-15 minutes.  Serve with ice cream, applesauce or just eat them as is!  I suggest you double or triple this recipe, they won't last long!
